I’m Malaika Simmons. My bio says I am a performance mindset expert, an Amazon best selling author, philosopher, speaker, consultant, educator, coach, humanity advocate, and the creator of an intentional framework for living called The Momentology Method®. What should be important to you is that I used to be very busy, then I learned how to stop that nonsense, and I can show you how. I discovered that when you add a little brilliance to your “busy”, you get balance. Manage life in moments. That's what the Momentology Method® is all about. Learn to accept the "now". Realize that all you need to be successful you already have within you. Many of us just need help bringing it to the surface.
Momentology is the study and practice of operating ‘in the now, succeeding from where you are, with what you have, right now. It’s not easy, but it’s simple.
